Shipping

• Cost: Free — every order, no minimum.
• Delivery: 7–17 days after you order.
• Where we ship: US addresses only.
• Tracking: once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

When you order, we pass your order to our supplier, who ships it to you. That's why it takes 7–17 days, and we'd rather tell you now than after you've paid.

If your order is late

If it hasn't arrived 17 days after you order, email us your order number and we'll look into it. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, or tracking shows it lost, email us your order number and we'll refund it in full.

Refunds

30 days from delivery: full refund, no need to send it back.

To claim it, email hello@trovegoods.shop with your order number within 30 days of delivery. You keep the humidifier, and the refund goes back to the way you paid.
