Shipping and refunds
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Free shipping on every order · arrives 7–17 days after you order
There's no minimum. We ship to US addresses only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived 17 days after you order, email us your order number and we'll look into it. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, or tracking shows it lost, email us your order number and we'll refund it in full.
What if I don't like it?
30 days from delivery: full refund, no need to send it back. To claim it, email hello@trovegoods.shop with your order number.
Using it
How is it powered? Does it have a battery?
No battery, so it runs while it's plugged in. It's USB-powered (5 V, 2 W): plug it into a laptop, a car USB port or a USB wall adapter (wall adapter not included).
How long does one fill last?
The 180 ml tank gives about 4½–6 hours of continuous mist per fill (30–40 ml an hour). It switches off when the water runs low.
How do the button and the light work?
Tap the button once for continuous mist, twice for intermittent, three times for off. To turn the soft color light on or off, hold the button for 2 seconds.
What goes in it, and how do I clean it?
Use water only — distilled is best. Don't add oils or anything scented. Empty and rinse daily; swap the cotton wick when the mist fades. The wick is 8 mm × 8 cm; soak it in water for a minute before first use.
Will it humidify my bedroom or living room?
No, and we'd rather say so up front. Made for the space right around you — a desk, nightstand or car cup holder. Not a whole-room humidifier. It puts out 30–40 ml of mist an hour, so for a full room you'll want a larger humidifier.
