We answer within one business day, usually sooner. If you're writing about an existing order, include your order number and it'll be quicker.
What we can help with
- Where's my order? You'll have a tracking link by email once it ships. If it hasn't arrived in the window we quoted, tell us and we'll chase it.
- Returns. 30 days to change your mind. If something arrived faulty or isn't what we described, we cover the return postage.
- Before you buy. Sizing, materials, whether a thing will suit your sofa or your dog — ask. We'd rather answer than have you guess.
Shipping
Free on every order, no minimum. Most orders arrive in 7–14 days. We say that up front because we'd rather set the expectation than apologise for it later.
