Standard U.S. shipping is $3.99 on orders under $25 and free on orders of $25 or more. The exact amount is shown in your order summary at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S., email hello@trovegoods.shop and we will let you know when we open up your country.

Choose the trio option on the product page and three kits go into your bag. The third kit comes off in your bag, before checkout. No code needed.

You will get an order confirmation by email right after you pay, and tracking is emailed once your order ships. Your orders are also listed in your account.

Email hello@trovegoods.shop as soon as you can. If the order has not gone to fulfilment yet, we can usually change the shade, the quantity or the address, or cancel it for you.

Email hello@trovegoods.shop before sending anything back. Include your order number and a photo, and we will review the order and eligibility with you.

Dampen a sponge and squeeze out the excess before use, then press or bounce product onto skin. Wash weekly with a gentle soap until the water runs clear, reshape, and let them air dry fully.
